What is the typical shipping timeframe for an order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Do Steeldive watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Steeldive watch includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective films intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Are Steeldive watches truly water-resistant?
Most of our dive watches are rated for 200m to 300m water resistance. We recommend ensuring the screw-down crown is fully tightened before any water activities.
What movements are used in the watches?
We primarily utilize reliable automatic movements, such as the Seiko NH35, known for its durability, accuracy, and hacking/hand-winding capabilities.
Do I have to pay international customs duties?
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by their local customs office. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
