Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original protective packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
